The function of the Community of Communes towards project bearers.
The economic development department of the Mimizan Community of Communes is involved, since its creation 1991, in very specific actions, namely: identification, setting up and tracking of each project of creation, installation or development of businesses.
The function of this department is to host companies under the best possible conditions. That is why, at the company's request, we carry out all the practical formalities to allow its integration: interfacing with the public authorities (prefecture, departmental council, regional council), identification of possible grants, finding of technical information, intervention of the KMPG advisory agency (legal advice and financial set-up), identification of competence and technological watch, etc.
The community, through its various actions, keeps up a network of relations with the universities of Bordeaux and also with the Landes training centres (IUT, Lycées), research laboratories (INRA, LRBB, LABRI) and the relay bodies (PFBPA, EITICA), etc.
